IV Medication Add-Ins in Miami
IV Medication Add-Ins in Miami
Clinical Symptom Relief Added Directly to Your Drip — $30 Each
Every IV drip we offer can be enhanced with professional-grade medications administered directly into the IV line by a licensed Registered Nurse. These are the same medications used in clinical and hospital settings for rapid, targeted symptom relief — delivered to your home, condo, hotel, or office throughout Miami.
Adding a medication to your drip means it goes directly into your bloodstream alongside your fluids and vitamins — no waiting for a pill to dissolve, no absorption delays from an irritated gut, no wondering if it's going to stay down. Clinical relief, fast.
All medication add-ins are $30 each and can be combined with any package or cocktail on our menu.
Available Medication Add-Ins
Zofran (Ondansetron) — $30 The gold standard anti-nausea medication. Zofran targets the serotonin receptors in your gut and brain stem responsible for triggering nausea and vomiting. Works within 10–15 minutes of IV administration. This is the most frequently requested medication add-in we offer — essential for hangover recovery, food poisoning, stomach bugs, morning sickness, and any situation where nausea is the primary complaint. When you can't keep anything down, this is the one.
Toradol (Ketorolac) — $30 A powerful IV anti-inflammatory and non-opioid analgesic. Toradol works by inhibiting the prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation — addressing the source of discomfort rather than masking it. IV delivery makes it significantly more effective and faster-acting than oral ibuprofen or acetaminophen. No rebound headache risk. No stomach irritation. The right add-in for hangover headaches, migraines, body aches, muscle pain, and general inflammation. Zofran and Toradol together are the most popular medication combination we administer — covering both nausea and pain simultaneously.
Pepcid (Famotidine) — $30 An H2 blocker that reduces stomach acid production. Pepcid is particularly useful when alcohol, illness, or stress has caused significant gastric irritation — settling the stomach lining and reducing the acid-driven discomfort that makes nausea and vomiting worse. Often added alongside Zofran for severe hangover or food poisoning presentations where both acid and nausea are active. Also effective for clients with acid reflux or heartburn that has flared alongside their other symptoms.
Reglan (Metoclopramide) — $30 An anti-nausea and gastric motility medication that works through a different mechanism than Zofran — targeting dopamine receptors rather than serotonin. Reglan also accelerates gastric emptying, helping the stomach move its contents along faster, which is useful when nausea is combined with that heavy, bloated, nothing-is-moving feeling. For clients who have used Zofran before without full relief, Reglan offers a complementary approach. Your nurse will help you determine which anti-nausea medication — or combination — is right for your specific presentation.
Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) — $30 An antihistamine with multiple clinical applications in the IV setting. Benadryl is used for allergic reactions and allergy symptom relief, as a mild sedative for clients who need to rest during a longer infusion, and as an anti-nausea adjunct in certain presentations. It produces sedation in most people — plan to rest after administration. Your nurse will assess whether Benadryl is appropriate for your situation before adding it.
How Medication Add-Ins Work
Medication add-ins are administered directly into your IV line by your licensed Registered Nurse. Before any medication is given, your nurse completes a health assessment that includes your current symptoms, known allergies, and any other medications you are taking. This is a standard clinical protocol — the same process used in any outpatient or hospital setting.
Some medications have contraindications or require specific precautions. Your nurse will always confirm appropriateness before administration. If a medication isn't right for your situation, we'll tell you and recommend an alternative.
Which Medications Are Right for Your Situation
Hangover — Zofran + Toradol is the standard combination. Add Pepcid if significant stomach acid irritation is part of the picture.
Food poisoning or stomach bug — Zofran as the primary anti-nausea. Add Toradol for cramping and body aches. Add Pepcid or Reglan if motility and acid are contributing to the nausea.
Migraine — Toradol is the primary medication for pain. Add Zofran if nausea accompanies the migraine, which is extremely common.
Severe nausea not responding to Zofran — Reglan offers a different mechanism and can be used alongside or instead of Zofran for difficult-to-control nausea.
Allergy symptoms or relaxation during a long infusion — Benadryl. Plan to rest afterward.
